// Corp-Memo No. 404 · RE: your data (all zero bytes of it)
Privacy policy: we can’t sell your data, because we don’t have any
The whole game runs in your browser. This page explains exactly what happens to data, how anonymous feedback works, and what telemetry is used.

Click a square when it happens. Line, then blackout. The meeting continues regardless.
// How it works
Three steps to a better meeting
Pick a pack, get a card
Satirical phrase packs for meetings, video calls, all-hands and more — or paste your own list. Every card is randomized and printable.
Mark squares as they happen
Someone says "let's circle back"? Stamp it. First to a full row, column or diagonal wins. Fill the whole card and you have officially survived the meeting.
Print cards or share a link
Print distinct cards for the room, or copy one link so everyone in the video call plays the exact same card. Brag responsibly.
Running it live
- Same card for everyone: hit "Copy share link" — everyone who opens it gets an identical card, so the first BINGO is fair.
- Different cards: everyone mashes "New card" instead — more chaos, fair enough.
- Appoint a caller: print the call sheet, hand it to the one person who actually reads the agenda.
- Punch up, not down: the squares roast the jargon, never the people. That's the whole etiquette section.

The short version
Corporate Bingo is a static website. When you close the tab, nothing you did in the game exists anywhere except in your own browser. We have no accounts, no paywalls, and no advertising networks.
What stays in your browser
Your preferences and your custom phrase lists are saved in your browser’s local storage under two keys (cb.settings and bw.stats): the pack you picked, the card size, the card title, the free-square setting, any phrases you pasted into Your list, and your Buzzwords streak statistics. This never leaves your device. To delete it, clear site data for this website in your browser settings — that removes everything.
Share links
When you click Copy share link, the card’s configuration (pack, size, seed, title, or your custom phrases) is encoded into the link itself. We never receive it — the link goes straight from your clipboard to whoever you paste it to. Note the obvious: anyone who has the link can see the card, including any custom phrases you put in it, so don’t encode anything you wouldn’t read out loud in the meeting.
Feedback widget
If you contact us through the Feedback button, we store the message, the feedback category (idea, bug, praise, other), an optional reply contact you provide, your browser language, the page you were on, and your browser’s user-agent string. We never store your IP address. Submissions are anonymous unless you add contact info.
Analytics & telemetry
We use Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Analytics, and Plausible Analytics to understand general site traffic, pageviews, and technical errors in aggregate. Plausible is privacy-friendly and cookie-free. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set technical cookies to measure session traffic. You can block these with any standard browser content blocker or ad blocker without affecting any game functionality.
What our hosting provider sees
The site is served by Cloudflare. As with any web server, the provider processes standard technical request data — your IP address, browser type and the time of the request — for security, DDoS protection and operational purposes, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Printing and clipboard
Printing and “copy” actions are handled entirely by your browser and operating system. Nothing related to them is sent to us.
Children
This is workplace satire for a general audience and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Frequently asked questions
Do you track who visits the site?
We use lightweight, aggregated telemetry (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, and Plausible) to track pageviews, user journeys, and errors in aggregate. All game state and cards remain completely private on your own device.
Where do my custom phrases go?
Nowhere. Phrases you paste into Your list are stored in your browser’s local storage and used to build your cards locally. They are never uploaded. They are only visible to other people if you personally send them a share link that contains them.
What do share links reveal?
Exactly the card: pack, size, seed, title and, if you used them, your custom phrases. Anyone with the link sees the same card. There is no server record of who created or opened a link.
Do you use cookies?
No. The only browser storage used is local storage for your own preferences, which you can wipe with your browser’s “clear site data” control at any time.
